The Process Centres themselves are innovative environments where ESAB and their customers can work in partnership to develop total solutions for welding and cutting challenges, pushing the technological boundaries to exciting new levels. The facilities are state of the art in equipment and apply best practise in EHS. There are also showrooms, with comprehensive demonstration facilities.

A Global Network of ESAB Process Centres has been established to help our customers to improve their business performance and daily operations. This support network embraces the full spectrum of welding requirements, from customer support to process development; training to operational services. The global network uses the globally know-how within ESAB to maintain the same service levels around the globe ensuring that a consistent, high technology solution service is delivered.

Process Development
The Process Development Team is driving long-term process and applications development for existing welding and cutting processes, as well as new ones.

Today´s welding and cutting processes are far from fully exploited and the ESAB Process Development Team is constantly seeking to increase process efficiency, creating value for our customers.

Process Development integrates ESAB's unique and unsurpassed offering of welding consumables, welding and cutting equipment, and automation, to create value-adding applications for our customers.

Customer Support
The ESAB Customer Support Team is a group of highly skilled technical personnel, who support ESAB customers throughout the world. The team works together with customers to improve their productivity, the quality of their welding and cutting processes, and ultimately their results.

In addition, ESAB's team offers immediate "fire-fighting" support, deployed whenever a welding issue compromises a customer's production. The swift and efficient service is valued highly amongst ESAB's demanding clientele.

Training
Welder training is an essential part of ESAB's complete offer. Training programmes (1-5 days) are available for all arc welding and cutting processes, and training can be delivered either in an ESAB Process Centre facility or on site. Customers have the opportunity to choose between the standard training modules offered by the Process Centre, or specify a bespoke training programme tailored to their welding needs.

In addition to offering welder training the team also provides welding demonstration services according to customers' requirements at exhibitions, seminars and on site.

Welding Services
Welding services assure that our products meet the highest quality standards by performing test welding on the extensive ESAB consumables product portfolio. Welding Services also support the research and development of welding consumables to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
