- Only active items belonging to the ESAB product range may be returned.
- ESAB sends the return document to the customer and the carrier picks up the goods within a week The return document is valid for 14 days.
- The returned items have to be in the original packaging and properly packed. In case the return is damaged due to incorrect packaging, the customer will be charged.
- In case the return is requested within one month of the original order date, ESAB deducts 25% of the item value and 50% if the return request was sent after one month.
- Credit will be issued as agreed when the return has arrived at the ESAB warehouse, investigated and approved. In case the products are not in perfect and resellable condition, we reserve the right to issue the credit note with a lower value.
- In case the net value of the goods is less than 150 EUR, ESAB does not arrange return in case of customer mistake. In case of ESAB´s error, ESAB issues a credit note.
- If the return is arranged due to customer´s mistake, the customer pays the freight costs.
- In case items are returned without return document, ESAB deliveries the goods back to the customer.
